L\u2019itin\u00e9raire est tr\u00e8s bien balis\u00e9, il n\u2019est pas indispensable d\u2019avoir un gps pour se rep\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette portion en Bretagne de La V\u00e9lodyss\u00e9e, il suffit de <strong><span style=\"color:#ffb126\" class=\"has-inline-color\">suivre le chemin de halage du canal au d\u00e9part de Nantes.<\/span><\/strong> J\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9couvert ce canal et visit\u00e9 le mus\u00e9e tr\u00e8s instructif \u00e0 son sujet lors de ma <a href=\"https:\/\/charlotteabicyclette.com\/index.php\/2018\/09\/08\/traversee-bretagne-5j-microaventure-a-velo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">travers\u00e9e nord-sud de la Bretagne<\/a>. Attention, quand on s\u2019approche du c\u0153ur de la Bretagne, moins touristique, les h\u00e9bergements sont plus rares. Il faut parfois anticiper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#0092b3\">Le d\u00e9tail du parcours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1er jour en Bretagne \/ 10\u00e8me jour du voyage : Nantes &#8211; Nort-sur-Erdre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette portion d\u00e9marre \u00e0 Nantes o\u00f9 je m\u2019\u00e9tais arr\u00eat\u00e9e deux jours me reposer apr\u00e8s ma premi\u00e8re semaine de voyage. Nantes est parfaite pour une halte, il y a beaucoup de choses \u00e0 y faire. En particulier, chaque \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u2019y d\u00e9roule le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.levoyageanantes.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Voyage \u00e0 Nantes<\/a>. Des oeuvres d\u2019art contemporain sont diss\u00e9min\u00e9es dans toute la ville, \u00e0 retrouver en suivant la ligne verte. Rafra\u00eechissant !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous d\u00e9marrons donc notre p\u00e9riple sur la V\u00e9lodyss\u00e9e en Bretagne en milieu d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi apr\u00e8s quelques visites \u00e0 Nantes. On y trouve une grande table abrit\u00e9e de la pluie (important en Bretagne), un espace barbecue avec du bois, un \u00e9vier avec de l\u2019eau courante, un champ \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re pour planter la tente et m\u00eame des toilettes s\u00e8ches ! Quel luxe. M\u00eame le gros orage de la nuit ne nous fera pas changer d\u2019avis sur ce lieu de paradis pour cyclorandonneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\t<style>\r\n                #foogallery-gallery-1175.fg-justified Rohan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lendemain, nous arrivons rapidement \u00e0 Redon. A partir de l\u00e0, je suis en terrain connu. Car j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait cette portion de la V\u00e9lodyss\u00e9e lors de mon <a href=\"https:\/\/charlotteabicyclette.com\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=739&amp;action=edit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">s\u00e9jour de 5 jours \u00e0 travers la Bretagne<\/a> (mais dans l\u2019autre sens). Nous arrivons \u00e0 Pontivy o\u00f9 la V\u00e9lodyss\u00e9e semble faire quasiment demi-tour. C\u2019est normal, nous suivons maintenant la rivi\u00e8re le Balvet. Pass\u00e9s quelques km et surtout la mont\u00e9e du barrage du M\u00fbr-de-Bretagne, nous arrivons \u00e0 l\u2019abbaye de Bon-Repos o\u00f9 nous avons lou\u00e9 un g\u00eete. Apr\u00e8s une pause \u00e0 Rostrenen, nous arrivons tranquillement \u00e0 <strong><span style=\"color:#ffb126\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Carhaix<\/span><\/strong> apr\u00e8s 53 petits km. Je quitte la V\u00e9lodyss\u00e9e pour rejoindre Guingamp en p\u00e9dalant \u00e0 travers le c\u0153ur de la Bretagne, <strong><span style=\"color:#ffb126\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Kreiz Breizh.<\/span><\/strong> On sent que les hivers y sont rudes et ce n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s peupl\u00e9. C\u2019est une <strong><span style=\"color:#ffb126\" class=\"has-inline-color\">tr\u00e8s jolie ville<\/span><\/strong>, avec un vrai centre historique, des fortifications, un ch\u00e2teau fort du XV\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, une basilique, des maisons \u00e0 colombage, etc. Elle dispose du label \u00ab&nbsp;petite cit\u00e9 de caract\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00e0 juste
